Incredible Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order simply call our customer service number (305-468-3645 between 9:00AM and 5:00pm EST) or email us at email@example.com and we will process your order for a prompt full refund...Be sure to keep your shipping documents and packaging to return the product.
Please note that if you experienced a problem with shipping, please notify us as above, and we will file a claim with FedEx on your behalf. FedEx will not refund the consignee (you), but the shipper (IncredibleStoneCrab).
Ordering and Shipping Policy
You may order on the web at any time and subject to the rules below, have your incredibly fresh claws delivered on any date you specify as long as its not a Sunday. Stone Crab Claws are perishable and need to be consumed within a couple of days. That is why we only ship via FedEx Priority Overnight.
Here’s how our shipping/ordering schedule works.
MONDAY thru THURSDAY Orders received by 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped for next day delivery.
FRIDAY FedEx has changed its policy so that it will no longer Guarantee Saturday delivery. As a result, Orders received Friday will be accepted for next day shipment the following Monday or another valid ship date you select.
SATURDAY and SUNDAY Orders received anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be accepted for next day shipment the following Monday or another valid ship date you select.
MONDAY DELIVERY Sorry, but Monday delivery is not available since our very hard working warehouse staff has Sundays off (as does the FedEx pick up guy). Stone Crab Claws are highly perishable and we want you to be absolutely delighted which is why we only ship overnight to get them to you as fresh as possible.
