Stone Crab Reheating Instructions

The best advice on reheating stone crab claws is DON’T!

Stone Crab Claws are cooked on the boat or at the dock shortly after they are harvested. They are best enjoyed cold with a mustard sauce of your choosing.

But if you insist, you can freeze your stone crab claws and save them for later…at which time you’ll remove from the freezer and let thaw to room temperature. Now go ahead and enjoy…sorry we cannot be responsible if you find your thawed claws slightly less delicious then when they were delivered fresh to your door.
