If you are unsatisfied with your order simply call our customer service number (305-468-3645 between 9:00AM and 5:00pm EST) or email us at info@incrediblestonecrab.com and we will process your order for a prompt full refund...Be sure to keep your shipping documents and packaging to return the product.
Please note that if you experienced a problem with shipping, please notify us as above, and you will then be directed to file a claim with FedEx which also offers a money back guarantee.
Ordering and Shipping Policy
You may order on the web at any time and subject to the rules below, have your incredibly fresh claws delivered on any date you specify as long as its not a Sunday. Stone Crab Claws are perishable and need to be consumed within a couple of days. That is why we only ship via FedEx Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight.
Here’s how our shipping/ordering schedule works.
MONDAY thru THURSDAY Orders received by 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped for next day delivery.
FRIDAY Orders received by 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time will also be shipped for next day delivery provided Saturday Delivery is requested and available. All Saturday shipments are only available via FedEx Priority Overnight service.
SATURDAY and SUNDAY Orders received anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday for Tuesday Delivery.
MONDAY DELIVERY Sorry, but Monday delivery is not available since our very hard working warehouse staff has Sundays off (as does the FedEx pick up guy). Stone Crab Claws are highly perishable and we want you to be absolutely delighted which is why we only ship overnight to get them to you as fresh as possible.
